PatCor Flooring Accessories Limited has the only female sole shareholder, in the accessories business, in North America.

I am often asked where our Company name came from so I thought I would explain that “Pat” was derived from my name, Patricia and “Cor” came from my son’s name, Corey.

PatCor was the first Wholesale Accessories Distribution Centre, in the Maritime Provinces, to supply exclusively the accessories to the Floor Covering Industry.

I opened PatCor in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia on January 1st, 1985 and then on July 1st, 1986 we opened a branch in Moncton, New Brunswick. Our 2 Distribution Centres provide quality name brand products, to the professional installation/contractor trades. We are the only accessories Company to provide a bi-weekly delivery service to our customers, in rural towns, around Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island. We also ship products to our customer's in Newfoundland.

All our employees have wonderful personalities, are extremely friendly, go above-and-beyond to meet client's needs even if it is of business service. They are very resourceful and have a great deal of technical knowledge.

We are all extremely excited to be members of the Floor Covering Distributor Alliance because of the depth and breadth it gives our company. Marketing more and more products under the Powerhold label has increased our confidence and set us apart from our competition.
